Our European sources have advised us that the Dutch and German police don't have a sense of humour when it comes to pimped up "Speed Cars" we doubt you can put speed and crap car in the same sentence, so try to keep your car low key if you think it will stop you from being pulled over........there may be a prize in the offering!!
